How MeetRecord Calculates Win Rates
The win rate formula is:
Win rate = (won deals) / (won deals + lost deals)
Accessing Win/Loss Insights
Navigate to Insights:
- Go to Deals > Analytics > Win/Loss.
- Insights are calculated for your current deal board and its filters, including team, timeframe, and CRM data.
Explore Metrics:
- Click on metrics tabs to explore different measures of deal success.
- Click graph points to view data behind closed deals.
- Scroll to see details of the top won and lost deals.
Download or Share Data:
- Click Download to analyze data offline.
- Click Share to distribute insights with stakeholders.
7 Key Metrics to Measure Deal Success
Number of Contacts:
- Learn how having multiple contacts impacts win rates.
- Deals with no active prospects are excluded from analysis.
Power in Deal:
- Assess the impact of engaging high-level stakeholders (Director, VP, or C-level).
- Insights exclude deals where recognizable titles for 75% of participants are unavailable.
Deal Duration:
- Discover the ideal deal length and how time to close correlates with success.
- Deals with no activity are excluded.
Deal Size:
- Examine how deal value affects win rates.
- All deals meeting general criteria are included.
Number of Calls:
- Evaluate how the frequency of calls throughout the deal cycle influences outcomes.
- Deals without calls or active prospects are excluded.
Competitor Mentions:
- Understand how mentions of competitors impact win rates.
- Insights compare deals with mentions of top competitors, all competitors, or no competitors.
Tracker Impact:
- Analyze how specific tracked phrases or keywords affect outcomes.
- Each tracked word or phrase is shown in a separate column for detailed insights.
Important Notes on Insights
Deal Qualification:
- At least 100 closed deals within the selected time range are required for insights.
- Some deals are excluded to improve accuracy (e.g., invalid emails, unprocessed data, missing creation dates, etc.).
Filter for Precision:
- Use CRM fields to refine metrics for specific business scenarios, such as renewals or new business.
- Add or edit filters at the top of the page or in the CRM filters section.
Relationship Between Deal Boards and Insights:
- Insights inherit filters from the deal board they originate from but can be adjusted independently.
Export Deal Data:
- Download a CSV file for a full list of deals matching the board filters, including non-qualifying deals and reasons for exclusion.
