Record an Internal Call

If your company is configured to record only external calls, you can still manually enable recording for an internal call when needed. For example, this might be useful if a team member can't attend but wants to review the meeting later, or if you'd like to revisit an important discussion.


How to Manually Record an Internal Call

Add an External Email Address to the Invitee List:
Include an email address with an external domain in the calendar invite. This ensures the call meets the company’s recording criteria.

Schedule the Call from the MeetRecord Homepage:

For Regular Internal Call Recordings

If you need to record internal calls frequently, ask your tech admin to adjust the company’s recording settings to allow internal calls to be recorded by default.
