Data Types Processed by MeetRecord

MeetRecord can handle four primary types of data, depending on your organization's setup:

CRM Data

MeetRecord connects with your CRM to import the business context of your conversations, including accounts, opportunities, leads, contacts, and the people involved. It matches your conversations and emails with CRM data to facilitate navigation, search, analysis, and insights.

Scheduled Video/Conference Calls

MeetRecord accesses your team's Google Workspace/Gmail or Office 365/Outlook calendars to retrieve your meeting schedule. It then joins your conference calls as a participant, recording audio and video. These calls are stored in MeetRecord, allowing you to listen to or watch them anytime. MeetRecord also analyzes and transcribes your calls, identifying key topics so you can focus on the conversation without worrying about taking notes.

Dialer or Telephony Calls

Dialer calls are recorded by your telephony system, and MeetRecord imports these recordings using each telephony system's APIs. Your calls are stored in MeetRecord, enabling you to listen to them whenever needed. MeetRecord analyzes and transcribes your calls, identifying key topics to ensure you can concentrate on the conversation without the need for note-taking.

Emails

MeetRecord connects with your team's CRM to import relevant emails by cross-referencing your prospects with your calendar's participants data. This integration ensures that all pertinent communication is captured and analyzed for better sales intelligence.
