Share a call snippet

Call snippets are short, focused segments of a call that can be used to highlight important moments, such as a customer request, feedback, or a question you want help answering. Snippets can be shared with customers or colleagues, saved in the library, embedded in third-party applications, and more—all without affecting the original call. You can create as many snippets as needed from a single call.


How to Create Call Snippets

1. From the Call Timeline

  1. Open the Call Page:
    • Click the call you want to edit and navigate to the playback screen.
  2. Select the Snippet:
    • Click the Snippet Icon below the call screen.
    • Yellow bars will appear on the timeline. Drag the bars to highlight the segment you want to select.
    • The selected segment is also highlighted in the transcript, and changes are synchronized as you adjust either the timeline bars or transcript pointers.
  3. Action Menu:
    • Once your snippet is selected, the action menu opens. From here, you can:
      • Share: Share the snippet internally or with customers.
      • Save: Add the snippet to the library.

  • Share Snippets:
    • Share internally with your team or externally with customers.
  • Collaborate:
    • Use comments to get feedback or discuss specific points.
  • Save to Library:
    • Keep snippets organized in your library for easy access during coaching, training, or follow-ups.
