You can manually upload call recordings for analysis. We support the following sources
- Google Drive
- Microsoft OneDrive
- Microsoft OneDrive Business
- Box
- Public link (mp4/mp3 only)

Note- you can upload maximum 10 files at a time with filesize limit of 1 GB

2. Auto-Label calls using Categories
Supercharge your call search and organization with auto-labeling. Label your calls automatically using pre-defined categories.

3. Customizable Summaries for Email/Slack 
Need to keep summaries short and crisp? Customize your email/slack summary sections as per your requirements.

4. Re-run AI Call Scoring
Managers can use this to re-score calls or try running different initiatives on a single call.

5. CRM Notes

  1. Create and save custom boolean filters.
  2. Apply these filters when creating or updating initiatives, ensuring they only target calls matching the selected or configured filters.
  3. Future extensions include integration with AI Docs and Automated Labels.

2. Initiative Filter:

  1. Configure initiatives to target specific categories, providing greater precision and control.
  2. Add answer guides to coaching points.
  3. Configure weights for coaching points to fine-tune coaching strategies.
