Add calls and snippets to folders

Save important calls and snippets in folders to make them easily accessible for you and your team. For example, if you’ve had a call showcasing excellent objection handling, save it in a shared folder named "Objection Handling" to allow teammates to find and revisit it effortlessly.

Adding a Call to a Folder

Open the Call Page:

  • Navigate to the call page and click Add to Library in the top panel.

Select a Folder:

  • In the screen that opens, choose an existing folder to save the call.

Save the Call:

  • Click ADD CALL. The call is now saved in the selected library folder, and anyone with access to the folder can view it.

Adding a Snippet to a Folder

Open the Call Page:

  • Go to the call page and click the Scissors Icon under the call screen.

Select the Snippet:

  • Yellow bars will appear on the timeline. Move the bars to highlight the segment you want to save.
  • The selected snippet is synchronized with the transcript, allowing you to refine the selection as needed.

Save the Snippet:

  • In the action menu that opens, click Add to Library.
  • Choose an existing folder.

Save the Snippet:

  • Click ADD SNIPPET. The snippet is now saved in the folder, and team members with access to the folder can view it.

By organizing your calls and snippets in folders, you create a centralized resource for your team, enabling easy access to key moments and enhancing collaboration.
