Enable pre-call emails

Pre-call emails are a great way to remind external invitees about upcoming recorded calls. Sent 10 minutes before the call, these emails notify participants about the meeting and that it will be recorded. They apply to all recorded calls, including those with native Zoom recording, calls scheduled through MeetRecord, or those using the MeetRecord assistant.

How to Enable Pre-Call Emails

Navigate to Recording Consent Settings:

  • Go to Company Settings > Conversation Capture > Recording Consent Profile.

Select or Create a Consent Profile:

  • Open an existing profile or click Add Profile to create a new one.

Enable Pre-Call Emails:

  • Scroll to the Pre-Call Email section and enable the option.

By enabling and customizing pre-call emails in MeetRecord, you ensure participants are well informed and prepared for recorded calls, enhancing transparency and compliance.
