Upload a call

If you have call recordings on your computer or online drive, MeetRecord can still process and analyze them. Here's how to quickly upload a call to MeetRecord.

Use-cases:

You can use this feature to upload older calls for audit or safe-keeping purposes.

Note - Since significantly fewer metadata information (participants or deal information) is available, the AI data and analysis will only be accurate to 59%.

Steps to upload calls manually:

1. Go to the homepage.
2. Go to the Shortcuts section and click on Upload a Call.
3. Select the source of the files and click on Upload- 

• Computer
• Google Drive
• OneDrive / Corporate OneDrive
• Box
• Public link

4. The call will be queued for processing and should get added to your account in 10 minutes.

Note: You can upload up to 10 files at a time with a maximum file limit of 1 GB
