MeetRecord’s AI-powered Ask Anything feature provides quick, insightful answers to your questions about deals, accounts, and contacts. Drawing from up to 80 recent emails and 10 recent calls, the tool helps you extract critical information from conversations efficiently.
Note: It excludes unrecorded meetings and automatic replies.
How to Ask Questions About Accounts and Deals
Where to Access:
- Deal: Select a deal, go to the Top bar > Ask anything, and ask about a deal or the account.
- Homepage: Select an account, then choose a specific deal or ask about all associated deals.
Leverage AI-Powered Deal Updates
Get instant updates on deal progress without manually reviewing emails or calls.
- Click the Ask Anything field and enter "What's happened since last week?"
- The AI provides a summary of relevant developments in emails and calls from the previous Sunday onward.
Best Practices for Writing Effective Prompts
To maximize accuracy and relevance, follow these tips when asking questions:
Be Specific:
- Avoid vague prompts like, “What was their problem?”
- Use detailed instructions like, “What’s the biggest problem that Acme Solutions is trying to solve?”
Include Account Names:
- Example: “What are Acme’s business goals?” instead of “What are their business goals?”
Focus on Past Conversations:
- Frame questions around content from recent calls and emails to get richer, more accurate results.
Use Natural Language:
- Write questions conversationally, as if speaking to a person. Example: “What are Acme’s top pain points?”
Ask One Question at a Time:
- Ensure clarity by sticking to one query per prompt, as responses won’t reference previous questions.
